II INFORMATION

Description

The  AR PORTAL objects are in the form of Pyramid and have the function of being gateways to the artworks that were used as  case examples in the exploration of color and transparency used in AR artworks for the PERCEIVE project. The AR PORTAL objects are set up in the area in which the AR artwork will be shown.

The AR Portals contain 3 plates, each containing information on the AR work to be seen. One plate contains the information about the work and the QR to open up the viewing app to see the work; another plate consists of a large image of the work to be seen, so that visitors know what they will be looking for: the third plate is simply a mirror which is used to reflect and spread the colored life coming from the CHROMA TOWER.

Each of the Portals is mobile and can be moved around so that visitors can adjust how the light from the tower is spread and mixed over the area.
